Mission Statement
The specific and primary purpose of this Corporation shall be to establish operate and maintain a Community Foundation which will assist donors in building and enduring source of charitable funds to meet the changing needs and interest of the residents of Nimishillen Township and surrounding communities. in addition, The Louisville Community Foundation would like to assist community organizations and civic minded individuals in charitable fundraising (as per Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and any such future code sections that may be enacted) for use in the funding of community projects.
